KNC Specialized in producing all kinds of drilling mud pump pistons and piston rubbers.

We use high-intensity NBR as the raw materials which are all from American Dupont

company and Japanese Zeon company.The performance and service life of the products

reach the standard of American Mission company.

Normal Standard

All pistons are produced by imported acrylonitrile butadiene rubber which suit for ordinary drilling environment under the maximum working pressure 20MPa. The maximum working temperature of our piston is up to 120 ^oC and it is with excellent wear resistance and good chemical corrosion resistance.The service life of the piston can reach 280 hours in ordinary drilling working environment.

Strength Enhanced

The material of this kind of pistons is high-intensity acrylonitrile butadiene rubber supplied by American Dupont company and Japanese Zeon company. This kind of pistons is with good oil and wear resistance as well as super comprehensive strength, which apply to oil-based mud and higher silt content working environment under the maximum working pressure 35MPa as well as at the maximum working temperature 120^oC.

High-temperature and High-hydrogen sulfide

The material of this kind of pistons is HNBR supplied by American DuPont company and Japanese Zeon company which apply to high-temperature, high-pressure, high-corrosion working environment. The maximum working pressure is 75MPa. The working temperature is up to 150^oC. Generally, HNBR is usually used for aviation industry and it has been also used for the oil industry in recent years. HNBR has excellent performance of wear resistance, chemical resistance and oil resistance. Its amine resistance property and steam resistance performance are very good, especially in high-temperature and high-pressure working environment. The ordinary rubber is easily damaged for the role of hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, methane, steam and acid environment, but HNBR has shown a good comprehensive performance.
